and Corning® Gorilla® Glass 5 enhance durability of the device meeting
1.8m(5.9ft.) of drop spec MIL-STD 810G (w Rugged Boot) and IP68. VX500 provides
flexible multi-touch including glove, wet, and stylus as well as the best outdoor
readability that you can see the display under the very bright sunlight.

High-capacity,
long-lasting smart battery

VX500 PTT has 4350mAh high-capacity battery to ensure adequate usage and
can manage batteries efficiently with PowerManager™, one of the bluebird BOS™
solutions. In addition, the VX500 PTT has a hot-swap function that allows users
to use the device for a long time, such as emergency and rescue sites, where
charging is difficult due to its hot-swap function, even after battery replacement.
High-capacity batteries, PowerManager, and hot-swap capabilities ensure continuity
of operations, minimizing data loss due to power outages and power outages.
